RTS Ticketing was created by Rob Chabot to economically automate a small family run chain of motion picture theatres. The first version was a simple DOS program that allowed multiple terminal ticketing on standard computer hardware.

The software has gone through several upgrades, and now requires a full time staff. RTS software is operating in 800+ theatres throughout the US, Canada, and Australia.
